The Regulatory Alignment Project aims to assess and align applicable branches and regions with incoming operational resilience regulatory requirements. Its primary goal is to provide a structured view of the firm’s current capabilities against regulatory expectations, specifically focusing on operational incident management and third-party reporting.
Job role:
- Deliver overall oversight and governance coordination for the project.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and ensure milestones are met.
- Conduct detailed process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Perform gap analysis against relevant regulatory expectations.
- Produce a formal gap analysis identifying areas of non-compliance.
- Define target state for regulatory reporting and standardised incident requirements.
- Create a prioritised remediation plan and delivery roadmap.
- Allocate roles and responsibilities clearly for regulatory reporting.
- Prepare supporting documentation and artefacts including process maps and governance structures.
- Provide regular governance reporting to senior management on progress and risks.
