Design and implement scenario exercises of an ever increasingly complex nature, identifying risks to important business services and producing all governance documentation both in preparation for and post-exercise.

You will be responsible for refining and implementing an operational resilience framework and related policies, with day to day oversight of the execution of the operational resilience framework.

You will be responsible for helping to support, advance, and mature the global Enterprise Risk Management Program and will have direct oversight over the regional delivery of the program.

You must be a strategic thinker who can work under your own initiative. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, so it’s essential that you can communicate confidently and present information clearly and succinctly.
