The Operational Resilience and Third-Party Risk Governance Specialist will play an important role in supporting the continued development, operation, and enhancement of the operational resilience and third-party vendor management frameworks across GSI4, supporting MRSG, MRSL, MRSI UK, and MRRSI.
This is a varied and visible role within a small, dynamic Operations Management team, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to build deep experience across operational resilience, incident reporting, third-party vendor management reporting, policy review, and regulatory awareness.
The role will have a particular focus on producing clear, accurate, and senior-level documentation, including incident reports, root cause analysis, lessons learned, Executive Committee updates, Governance Forum papers, Board documentation, regulatory submissions, policy reviews, and supporting materials for regulatory engagement.
The successful candidate will help translate operational resilience and third-party risk matters into clear, practical, and well-structured narratives for senior stakeholders, while supporting the ongoing review of policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure alignment with Munich Re requirements and applicable regulatory expectations, including Lloyd’s, FCA, and PRA requirements.
This role would suit someone who is proactive, curious, and keen to make the role their own, using it as a strong development platform for a long-term career in operational resilience and third-party vendor management.
