The UK FCA has published ‘CP24/28: Operational Incident and Third Party Reporting’, a consultation document with a closing deadline of 13th March 2025.
The consultation document contains proposals for regulated organizations to report operational incidents as well as their ‘material third party arrangements’.
The FCA says that the proposals aim to bolster the existing operational resilience framework by establishing a consistent, sufficient, and timely framework for reporting operational incidents and material third-party arrangements.
