Resilience First is marking the first anniversary of its Model for Organisational Resilience with a virtual discussion exploring its impact and future direction. The session, delivered in partnership with Cranfield School of Management, will take place on Thursday 9 October from 13:00 to 14:00 BST.
Since its launch last year, the Model for Organisational Resilience has been influencing how organizations think about and embed resilience in practice.
The anniversary event will feature Rick Cudworth, Board and Executive Director of Resilience First, and Professor David Denyer, Professor of Leadership and Organisational Change at Cranfield School of Management. They will cover:
- How the Model can apply to your organization from its developers: Resilience First and Cranfield School of Management
- Latest organizational resilience thinking related to the Model
- Progress update from the New Model Working Group, including a Training Needs Analysis for strategic resilience professionals of the future
- Case studies on the different dimensions of the Model
- Next steps for the Model and its connection to the latest developments on standards for organizational resilience.
