Pasqal, a global leader in neutral atom quantum computing, has announced a partnership with Riverlane, a frontrunner in quantum error correction (QEC) technology.
The collaboration will combine Pasqal’s neutral atom technology with Riverlane’s quantum error correction stack ‘Deltaflow’, the first of its kind. Together, these capabilities promise to resolve the persistent reliability challenge of quantum computers, which struggle to consistently perform the millions of error-free calculations required for practical applications.
Comprised of a set of interconnected technologies, Deltaflow is designed to detect and correct errors – a fundamental obstacle in today’s noisy small-scale quantum systems. Integrating Riverlane’s innovative QEC stack with Pasqal’s neutral-atom technology, ideal for its high connectivity and inherent stability, will help Pasqal in achieving early fault-tolerant quantum computers, capable of consistent, high-performance computation, as part of its strategic roadmap.
