The BCI has announced the availability of its new Stakeholder Engagement for Resilience Professionals training course.
This one-day course is aimed at professionals with responsibility for managing or leading cross-organizational programmes including business continuity, operational resilience, or risk management.
The course addresses the challenges of working with internal and external stakeholders in organizational programmes and learners will gain enhanced knowledge, adaptable strategies, and practical examples that can be immediately applied to their own organization.
The BCI says that Stakeholder Engagement for Resilience Professionals is suitable for delegates from all sectors and industries, although some prior knowledge of business continuity is required.
