- As the Team Leader Business Continuity at Wellmark, the candidate will lead the strategy, planning, testing, and execution of enterprise business continuity programs that ensure the organization can continue serving members, providers, and business partners through any disruption.
- While maintaining core continuity and crisis management capabilities, this role will also help drive the evolution of business continuity from a traditional facility- and recovery-focused model to one centered on end-to-end business processes, technology ecosystems, and enterprise operational resilience.
- As technology, workflows, and service delivery models continue to evolve, the candidate will partner across the organization to understand critical business processes, map operational and technology dependencies, assess emerging risks, and build resilience into the systems and workflows that support the business.
- From workforce and workplace recovery to complex digital business operations, the candidate will play a key role in preparing the organization for the disruptions of today and the challenges of tomorrow.
